In a few weeks, the reality television show Geordie Shore will be airing its fifth season. Since the stars are engaged, the viewers will get the chance to witness the groom-to-be and bride-to-be’s stag and hen do in the comfort of their own home.
Everyone that watches MTV in the United Kingdom will know about Geordie Shore. From the show title, you can safely assume that this show is based in Newcastle upon Tyne. It is actually a British adaptation of the American TV show Jersey Shore. Since it premiered last May 24, 2011, it continued to be a big hit, not just in the UK, but all over the world.
Fans Get Up Close and Personal
According to MTV, this show will be bringing the audience to Tignes, Prague, Barcelona, and Amsterdam for the engaged couple’s hen and stag party celebration. Fans of the show will really have a lot to look forward to. In the past, the show did go to international locations like Magaluf and even Mexico.
Parties are actually nothing special to this show as the cast is often seen partying everywhere. However, that’s also why fans probably have a lot to look forward to. The stag and hen do celebration of the couple should be even better than their usual parties.
Filming for season five actually started on November 14, 2012. However, the new season will start on February 19, 2013.
A Happily Ever After Ending
Throughout the course of their relationship, fans have seen bride-to-be Vicky argue with her fiancé Ricci. That begs the question, will it be a fairy tale like ending for the couple? Fans will have to wait and see.
Ordinary folks’ stag night activities already affect the relationship in a bad way when the activities are shared on Facebook and Twitter. For this reality TV show couple, it will be even worse as the whole world can actually see them go wild.
Fans even get to see their arguments aired on the television. Such a thing can have a negative effect on their relationship. Still, hopeless romantics would say that… “if they’re meant to be, they’re meant to be together.” Hopefully, they do stay together and get their “happily ever after.”
Television shows and movies tend to have happy endings. Of course, with a reality TV show, it can be quite unpredictable. Fans will have to wait and see what will happen during season five.
